Simple Anime Anatomy for Female and Male

Here I'll explain what I have learn from drawing for 5 years and,, uh,, well,,, Female's and male's body is different (duh). I'll show you some tips for y'all beginner artists that just started to draw anime especially.

We will start from the top of the body,

The Head

Female anime head tends to be rounder and smaller (possibly for the moe-tification) but there are artists that draw the female head like the male's they're more likely to the more realistic style but still in anime (i hope you get what I mean). But here is the differences between the female's and male's head according to what I learn:

-Female animu heads are rounder and have big eyes. People like to add eyelashes to  female characters so they are easier to tell the differences.

-Male anime characters head tends to be longer(?), and usually when they draw the nose they make it longer (not just a dot). Male characters have smaller eyes but no eyelashes.

Music Recommendation

Not tutorial, not drawing, not art theory, but a music recommendation!! Beware y'all, my taste in music is weird tho. I am just looking for ideas to fill my blog and excuses for me to show my favorite musics to someone.

Differences A Line Can Make in Drawing pt. 2

EYEBROWS
Eyebrows could make differences depends on how you draw them, you could draw the same eyes but with different eyebrows and it could change how your character is feeling. For examples:

no brows just like me

In the next posts I'll post examples of how eyebrows could effect your character's feelings atm.

Differences A Line Can Make in Drawing pt. 1

As the title said, I am going to show you what differences a line can make when it is placed in a certain position when drawing face's features. (please note that these is according to how I interpreted it) And for this topic, I am going to create individual blog depends on what I will explain.

EYES
When drawing characters, your line placement for eyes could change their overall emotion or even characters. Take a look:

Drawing eyes with straight upper lid with curved lower lid could make them look serious, drawing eyes with both curved eyelids could make them look s h o o k, and lastly, drawing eyes with curved upper lid and straight lower lid could make them look somewhat happy. The emotion on your character depends on how you draw them eyebrows too.

Also if you want to draw a simple old anime character dude you could just add lines below the eyes just like how I do it:

EYE SHAPES
Oh so your characters have the same face syndrome? (idk man, google it if you don't know) And you are trying hard to make them look different?? Well, I have good news for you!! You can start by changing your characters eye shapes! Variation is good, don't be afraid to try new things. For examples:

And here, is an example of same face syndrome:

See?? The characters look so boring right? It's as if they all staring into your soul while laughing at you because you can't even draw different eyes. When you try so hard to distinguish your character with the other but you can only change the the hair/add features like horns and tattoos in the end, they'll all look the same. My solution is, firstly, you can start by changing their eye shapes. Take a look:

They look like a complete new characters right?? It almost looks like I didn't copy and paste their face. And if you start changing your character's eye shapes you can also change their eyebrow's shapes, and then the nose, and then the face structure and even body shapes!

Okay, so in the next blog I'll show you how eyebrows could change the character's emotion and characteristic. Thanks y'all for reading these (if you actually read it lmao) and don't ask me why I make separate blog with the same topic (gotta create more blogs for T.I.K scores,, gotta catch them deadline boiss). Thank you all,, have a great day!!

Cara Menggambar Wajah Anime

How to Draw Anime Face

Actually when I started to draw a face, I'll be likely to draw an anime face when I was younger (I think it was because I started to watch animation/anime too). I never search up on how to draw faces when I was younger so I can't quite explain how. But here, a tutorial on how to draw anime face (according to my brain and other website that has the same steps):

DRAWING GUIDELINE
Guideline is useful if you just started to draw and wanting to draw anime. Firstly you'll have to:

1. Draw a Circle
Well duh, like any other tuts on how to draw anime face lol

2. Draw the Guidelines
For me, I only draw the line for the face's symmetry and then eyes and nose's guidelines.

3. Draw the Chin
Make sure it's symmetrical to the center vertical line.

4. Draw the Facial Features
    Draw them to your liking.

5. Draw the Ears
When drawing ears, make sure the height of the ear have the same height as the eyes to the nose's length.

6. Draw the Hair
The hairstyle is up to your liking UwU

7. Erase Guidelines
Or unnecessary lines. In here I edited somethings

and TA-DA!!

Good job my bois,, Next tutorial I'll explain what's the differences when you draw eyes w/o lids, when there's lips, wide/small chest, thicc/thin neck, and anything else. Just to get that scores

Manga Recommendations

I'm back again and I made a blog about manga recommendation again yo
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). This one blog will be about manga I like that not all of it are romance but I'm gonna snuck a few Ψ( `▽´ )Ψ.

Attack on Titan
One of the genres I am looking for is post-apocalyptic. Below is what post-apocalyptic meaning is
"Post-apocalyptic : denoting or relating to the time following a nuclear war or other catastrophic event."
So yeah, basically, I love stories when humanity is on the brink of destruction. I love huge monsters and else. And oh, yeah, I LOVE history when technology is still little (or you could say- Medieval)  That's why I love AoT! (also Annie is waifu)

But none except the military have ever left their safe haven -- until the day comes when a colossal titan breaks through the wall, and humanity’s peace is shattered to ruins once again.

Golden Kamui
This is the 2nd manga that I don't know why I like, but Golden Kamui got me hooked up and I am still keeping up with the updates (`・ω・´). I absolutely love the plots for it have actions and contains histories of Japanese cultures, how to do's, and how to survive in the wild (Ainu style). Golden Kamui have an anime adaption! Though, I never watched it.
and I still don't get why the genres have romance between them

Romance Manga Recommendation

Ey, back at it again with the English and not so polite way of talking. But yeah, I know this post is not about drawing but it's about romance manga that I like or I have read. Note: I really like strong girl protagonist types so I think this list will be filled with that type of fem MC.

Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shite shimatta

Isekai romance genre with a pure airheaded girl? Sign me the hecc up yo!! The female MC gave me a fluffy feeling. I like this manga very very much so you really should read this!! Not to mention this is a harem (but there are female characters too). My summary for this one gem is; originally this was an otome game but the female MC replaced the real arrogant fem MC. Fem MC played this game and you would understand if you read this soon. Originally, real otome fem MC is actually the villain but our MC prevent that from happening, but enough the dilly dally, GO READ THIS NOW ITS MY FAVORITE~!!

I Reincarnated into an Otome Game as a Villainess With Only Destruction Flags…

Genres: RomCom, Josei, Harem, Shoujo, School Life, Fantasy, Isekai, Slice of Life
Written by: Hidaka Nami; Yamaguchi Satoru
Chapters: 13
Status: Ongoing

When she trips and hits her head, 8-year-old Katarina Claes, daughter of a duke, suddenly remembers her past life as a high school girl obsessed with otome games. When it is confirmed soon after that Katarina is engaged to the third prince, Gerald, she realizes she’s been reincarnated into one of those otome games, “Fortune Lover”!

But Katarina isn’t the heroine -- she’s been reincarnated as the villainess who interfered with the MC’s romance! In a good end, Katarina is always exiled, but in a bad end, she’s always killed! Is there a way for her to have a happy end too!? This is her story of avoiding her own doomed bad end and live long and happily!

Koroshi Ai

A strong, cold hearted, and a bounty hunter female protagonist? Not to mention fox eyed male protagonist? With a little touch of gore and action, this manga is my second favorite!

Koroshi Ai

Genres: Action, Josei, Romance, Shoujo, Psychological
Written by: Fe
Chapters: 21
Status: Ongoing

One certain day, Chateau, a bounty hunter belonging to an assassin organization, encounters the mysterious bounty hunter Ryang-ha. After being shown the overwhelming difference in their abilities and thinking that this is going to be her end, Ryang-ha's only demand from her is to exchange their contact information. From then on, the days of Ryang-ha stalking her have begun.

A story of tension and action of a couple who have love for kill!

Hiru to Yoru no Oishii Jikan

Cold and mature female protagonist and a floofy pure male protagonist which is her housekeeper pfft. Yep, this is one of my favorites manga and I promise you it'll make you squeal or triggered.

Hiru to Yoru no Oishii Jikan

Genres: RomCom, School Life
Written by: Yumi Morikawa
Chapters: 7
Status: Ongoing

"Today's dinner is omurice!" "Don't need it."

A story of the cohabitation between a skilled high school chef and a middle aged novelist.

After his father's move abroad, Asaoka Mahiru began living with one of his father's acquaintances; the indifferent novelist, Kitagawa Yoruko. Despite being close to other guys, she walks around without a bra and refuses to eat Mahiru's meals. His attempts at getting her to eat result in...!?

Onee Joou to Shirayuki Hime

The art is pretty, the female protagonist is also pretty, and the male protagonist is also pretty! Everything is pretty in this manga and it'll make me think why I'm not prettyjfjfsj. Step that aside, this is actually a reversed role of Snow White (I mean, only the witch is replaced by the male MC).

Onee Joou to Shirayuki Hime

Genres: RomCom, Fantasy, Shoujo
Written by: Azusa Kina
Chapters: 6
Status: Ongoing

Once upon a time, a beautiful prince (or queen?) asked his mirror: "Magic mirror in my hand, who is the fairest in the land?"

At first, he is mesmerized by Snow White's image, BUT to his greatest displeasure, his face wasn't reflected in the mirror. Snow White needs to disappear!

And last but not least:

Kaichou wa Maid-Sama!

Not exactly my favorite but I'll list it here for my honorable mention. At young age, I hate anime and mostly I hate romance stuffs for real. Can't believe my two most hated stuffs combined became my first anime series that I follow. I guess you can call it fate haha.

KaichouwaMaidSama vol01 Cover.jpg

Genre: Romcom
Written by: Hiro Fujiwara
Volumes: 18
Chapters: 85
Status: Completed

Once an all-boys school, Seika High, infamous for its rowdy students, has recently become a co-ed school. However, with the female population still remaining a minority even after the change over the recent years, Misaki Ayuzawa works hard to make the school a better place for girls. She puts a lot of effort into academics and athletics, and earns the trust of the teachers. Eventually, she becomes the first female student council president. Misaki has gained a reputation, among the male students body as a strict boy-hating demon dictator and as a shining hope for the teachers and fellow female students. However, despite her reputation, she secretly works part-time at a maid café in order to support her ill mom and sister by returning the huge debt their father had left them.

And that's it for my romance manga/webtoon recommendation, I actually can recommend others but I'll give my best and favorite ones so far! Thank for stopping by and be sure to READ them. Okay? Okay.

Tutorial Cara Menggambar [Traditional]

Ha. Ingin tau cara menggambar? Serius? Beneran nggak tau? Ok.

Image result for drawing equipments

2. Pencarian gagasan

Image result for imagining

3. Membuat sketsa

4. Penebalan Sketsa [optional]
Jika anda ingin menggambar full atau secara serius that's what I called it lmao anda dapat menebalkan garis sketsa anda.

HOW TO IMPROVE FASTER IN DRAWING

Heyyyyy,, guess who's back? Not me of course (lol), i said on my last blog that i only have to post 1 entry and i am done? well lmao my teach told us to post more ffs im too lazy but eh lets get this over with anyway, I'm gonna post weekly shitpost update.
Anyway, before we get to the point, I am just gonna remind you all that I only have been drawing for 5 years and still improving. So I don't know any better than you all that has drawing for decades, sorry if there are many errors.

Ok, so you want to improve your drawing? And you're still a beginner? Starting drawing since days ago/week ago? Well I think this is the best tutorial for youu. You have come to the right site!
if this tutorial does not help you at all, then search for other :/ i dont know anything at all lol im sorry
First step that I can recommend you (the most important aspect for y'all) is
1. Draw Everyday
This one aspect is VERY VERY VERY important (for me), if you want improve faster more than Usain Bolt's leg, you should do this. But remember, you shouldn't push yourself.
2. Be Comfortable
This one's clearly a common sense. 'Cause you won't be improving your skill if there's something off, for example; if you hate your drawing style, you should find a style you like, don't be scared using drawing reference from your favourite artists, but don't plagiarized/traced it, mix them together until you finally found your own style.
3. Use A Reference
As I mention in number 2, you should use a references for your drawing if you don't know the shapes (or smth). Don't mind the people that said using reference is cheating and its bad. It's not a crime to look up a reference to draw but it IS a crime if you traced a drawing that you used as reference. There's differences between tracing and using references.
4. Listen to Critics
If you just started drawings and someone critiques you but your reply is 'I just started drawing, cut me some slack' then you will have a hard time improving. Critics can some time be irrelevant and relevant. You should listen to a better/detailed critics and you should try to improve that part. But bad critics are like being  a hater, they're just insulting you for your flaws and only intend to make you stop for what you wish to be. Please note that not all critics are the same with haters. You could ask for someone for detailed critics from them, its called Constructive Critism.

And uh, I think that's it for this post. I hope it can help you improve your drawing skill,, and yep. Have a good day!

Mistakes I Made As Beginner Artists

First of all before getting into the topic, I, myself isn't that professional at drawing. It's just a hobby of mine. I've drawn for a while to the point where I can tell what's wrong and what's correct. Yeah I know maybe you're thinking "But it's art! There are either no wrongs or rights in drawing!11!" now fam, hol up and just think about it. Would it be okay to draw a human with its eyes on the side of the head and call it a realistic drawing? No, right? please agree with me. And second of all, this 1 post here is just for my Computer's Class, sorry if there's an error. Last but not least, these mistakes are based on my past experiences and other articles of mistakes beginner artist makes

Have you ever heard of "Practice makes perfect"? See? everyone have heard it. But to me, if you aren't serious in those practice, you won't fulfill your expectation of that phrase. Once you feel confident with your skill, you won't be needing to read this article or not in the first place. Let's get back to the topic, here's a few past mistakes I made and what can you do to overcome them:

1. Not practicing everyday

I always practices drawing 24/7 since 2015 (?)/Grade 5-6, but I stopped drawing for awhile when it was holiday and boi that was a big mistake. My best advice for beginner artists is to draw everyday, everywhere, and every time when you can. Don't miss the chance because you'll hate that feeling when your hands became stiff from not drawing awhile.

2. Pushing yourself

When I began to start drawing, I usually feel pretty confident with my scribbling skill but maybe there's always that beginner's feeling when your hand won't listen to your imagination. The thought of "I should be practicing harder/I had to push it to my limit in order to quickly learn" was planted in my head. I often draw to the point where I'm sick of it (again, I'm still in my comfort zone and not trying anything new). Drawings are supposed to be enjoyable, its about creating your fun world but with paying a little bit of attention to a bit of details from the reality.

3. Not getting out of comfort zone

This one is probably a small mistakes but it can be a big bother for you. I think it's okay if you only draw a certain topic like "I only want draw anime, I don't want to draw plants/monsters" but it's not okay if you want to explore your skill. If you want to be able to draw everything, boi get outta your comfort zone and start scribbling some shits, that piece of paper now is your world, you don't have to feel embarrassed for it. Once you get the hang of it, you won't be feeling embarrassed by it or even you don't have to.

4. Asymmetrical proportion/drawing

For my case, what causes this was always having your paper in an uncomfortable position from your eyes point of view. The result will be unwanted asymmetrical proportions that differs from your ideal drawing. This always happens to me, and all I can say for this one is: be sure to align your paper to your point of view and hand position(?). Make sure you feel comfortable and able to see clearly from above.

5. Drawing hands and feet

Yeha, you read it right. Almost every artists hate to draw hands and feet no I'm not talking to those who enjoyed drawing it. But the truth is, it's not that bad. You have to overcome this one if you want to become good at drawing humans or even creatures. When I was younger, I always focus on the facial feature and the body structure, making them as pretty as I can. I didn't care about the hands because it was too complicated to draw and I was afraid it will ruin the rest of my drawing. But as I grew up I started to draw hands frequently, no matter if it's ugly or not.

6. Guidelines and reference

If you're still beginner/unsure about your drawing's proportion and anatomy, don't be afraid to use guidelines and references. These will help you draw the correct proportion and anatomy. If you didn't, maybe you'll ended up the same as me, regretting not using guidelines, and the result are ridiculous looking drawings.

7. No background

For years I never wanted to do the backgrounds until I was about 7th grade: my new year resolution was being able to draw backgrounds. Like I said; If you want to explore your skill/make a comic/or even animations, you better start to draw environments, you don't want to always draw floating objects, right? Then start learning this one! but no, I still can't draw backgrounds and I'm still learning now TwT)

8. Being too cocky

As I said in number two, I usually feel pretty confident at drawing. I always thought I was the best at drawing in people my age, and, ugh. That was a fatal mistakes of mine. I didn't have someone I look up to nor drawings I use as reference. My drawings were straight from my mind, and of course, they were pretty lame. For example: I always drew people with T-shirt and when I tried to draw some elegant, good dresses, I always ended up with the same looking outfits that I've ever drawn. My tips for this one is: stop being cocky and look up some artists for you to idolize, but don't copy them too much and claim it as your own, that's bad.

9. Not learning realism

My father always advice me to draw traditional and realism first. He said, when I get bored drawing realism or already get the hang of it, I can develop my own unique style. He also said that it's better to master traditional art first, that way, I can draw digital art without any problem. When I was new to drawing, I always thought that it was a simple advice that I can ignore, but now I regretted not learning realism first because I made many mistakes. For example: I started drawing with anime style reference but not realistic reference. The result was I always draws the eyes bigger, nose smaller, bigger head, and, a really tall limbs. For after awhile, I realized that I should be learning realism soon and I actually did. When I can get the hang of it (for example: I can draw a realistic face close to its reference), I tried to mess up the facial feature for my own art style. Although my style is still not different from the usual anime style I still try tho :')

Aaaaand, these 9 are my past mistakes that I regret not overcome them sooner. But you know, reading this blog won't make anything better rather than reflecting to your art and hating it. please don't be like that. When I was new at art, I enjoy drawing to my heart's content and keep practicing to be better. Although I made many mistakes, I never paid attention to articles like these more like because I didn't use internet and didn't understand English at all. Please keep in mind that these were only past mistakes that I had overcome and I want you to overcome it too!

That was all I can say, I hope this was enough for my Computer's Class. And thank you for those who actually read this shit, I'm terribly sorry if there's any mistakes here lol get it? Thank you so much for reading this (2), really. And teach, thank you so much for wasting my time on creating this blog. See you all never!!1!
